The Blackburn Airstik 2Stage Mini Pump solves a problem every roadside repair forces on you: getting enough air into a flat tire fast, then actually reaching riding pressure. Most mini pumps make you choose one or the other. This one has a two-stage switch at the base of the barrel — start in high-volume mode to move air quickly from flat, then flip to high-pressure mode when resistance builds and you need to push past 100psi. Aluminum construction keeps the pump rigid enough to hit a max of 160psi without flex or fatigue.
At 177mm long and 31mm in diameter, the Airstik 2Stage is built to disappear on the bike. The included mount tucks beneath your bottle cage, so it’s there when you need it and invisible when you don’t. The head is Presta-only — a reasonable trade-off for a pump sized this precisely. At 85g, it’s not something you’ll notice until you’re standing at the side of the road wishing you had it.
